If you’re looking for a challenging opportunity with one of the world’s leading snack food companies, this is your chance to join PepsiCo Foods Canada as a Weekend Production Scheduler / Material Coordinator, supporting both our Taber and Lethbridge manufacturing sites.

Reporting to the Site Planner, this role is responsible for production scheduling and raw material planning, ordering, tracking, and expediting across both locations. The position works Friday to Tuesday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m., and can be based out of either the Lethbridge or Taber facility.

Responsibilities

Production Scheduling

Raw Material Planning & Coordination

Reporting & Collaboration

Generate, compile, and analyze weekly reports related to production schedules, materials, and attainment.

Maintain and update tracking tools and spreadsheets (Excel, Teams).

Participate in HUB, Manufacturing, Product Supply Team, Westrock, and other meetings as required.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and material flow.

Perform other duties as assigned.
