ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a technical Product Manager with a computer science background, hands‑on software engineering experience, and a track record of building and shipping developer-focused software products. You will act as the connective tissue across engineering, design, and external partners; owning the problem space, driving clarity, and pushing execution from 0→1 and beyond.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces—vision, roadmap, requirements, and execution.
• Partner closely with engineers; understand technical constraints, read code‑level designs, and actively participate in architectural discussions.
• Drive alignment across teams by overcommunicating vision, use cases, and decisions—tailoring communication to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Maintain relentless clarity on user needs by continually engaging with developers, partners, and integrators; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Break down ambiguous problems, validate assumptions, and prevent premature solutioning; ensure the team is solving the right problems.
• Advocate for design quality and usability, even for deeply technical workflows; sweat the details.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders through trust, execution, and strong product judgment, not authority.
• Unblock engineering, drive momentum, and take ownership for outcomes end‑to‑end.
