Schedule : Weekday afternoons (exact days and times to be discussed) and Saturdays

Hours : 10–20 per week

Wage : $18–$20 per hour (dependent on experience)

About The Role

Fit Floors is looking for a reliable and organized Part‑Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy office and showroom. This is an entry‑level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on administrative experience in a professional, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist at the front desk
• Answer phones and respond to emails
• Schedule appointments and take messages
• Basic data entry and filing (digital and paper)
• Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom (light cleaning, tidying displays, sweeping / mopping as needed, garbage removal)
• Provide general support to the office team as needed
