Service Integration Architect (ID#5240)

The company, a national IT consulting company is seeking a Service Integration Architect to design an integrated Service Model that defines how IT services will be structured, governed, and delivered across multiple providers and internal service areas. The Service Model will serve as the foundation for operational alignment, procurement, and transformation planning.  Responsibilities :

• Map current state service integration and architecture, identifying dependencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define a clear, functional future state Service Model aligned to health authority goals, technology strategies, and operating frameworks.
• Clarify service ownership, integration points, and delivery responsibilities across providers.
• Develop service blueprints, integration diagrams, and technical documentation to support decision-making.
• Develop documentation that supports transition planning and future procurement (e.g. integration standards, protocols, service catalogues, and governance frameworks).
• Support service modeling and technology strategy for internal, outsourced, and partner-operated services.
• Ensure the model supports end-to-end service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide governance and executive-ready materials related to technical architecture and integration and service model delivery
