What You’ll Do :
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual development to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and estimating team to secure and execute commercial washroom and locker room projects.
- Manage customer relationships, coordinate site measures, attend meetings, and address project-related issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Oversee third-party subcontractors on job site installations, ensuring quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Manage project finances, including change orders and inventory, to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of a Post-Secondary Education
- Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset
- A valid class 5 driver’s license with access to a vehicle
