Shift Production / Warehouse Operator
Our client is a well-established livestock feed manufacturer located in Grindrod, BC , proudly serving the agricultural industry since 1957 . They are currently seeking a Shift Production / Warehouse Operator to join their team.
This is a full-time, shift-based position reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor . The successful candidate will work in a hands‑on production environment and have the opportunity to develop new skills while contributing to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Bagging, stacking, and filling customer orders
- Repetitive lifting of 20 kg bags (essential requirement)
- Monitoring bin inventories
- Maintaining rolled grain production
- Mixing and / or pelleting livestock feed (introduced progressively through training)
- Ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all production tasks
