Typical Workday

Under the supervision of the regional sales manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly and that your team provides the best possible customer service. Your role will involve meeting overall objectives and maintaining our corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance and visual presentation. You must also be familiar with effective recruiting techniques, provide meaningful training, and use staff development and evaluation tools to motivate your team and help them shine.
