Project Coordinator

Location : Edmonton, AB

Pay : $70K+ (Experience dependent)

Our client, a leading civil construction contractor specializing in industrial projects, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Edmonton. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale infrastructure and industrial development projects across Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of industrial civil construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors to coordinate project activities and resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement processes.
• Participate in site visits and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address challenges.
• Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
