Job descriptionWork together with internal stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach to meet recruitment demand Responsible for the execution of full-cycle recruitment of entry level candidates Utilizing and maintaining accurate data in candidate management tools Be the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups and associations, as well as internal stakeholders Posting job advertising Carry a heavy requisition load Point of contact for hiring managers Interviewing viable candidates Presenting to hiring manager Managing ATS system Provide offer letters Prep candidates for onboarding Minimum two year relevant work experience required Minimum two years in managing ATS system Degree (or equivalent) preferred Agriculture knowledge experience preferred Ability to work well with a variety of management personalities Strong understanding of recruiting / sourcing processes, procedures and tools Proven ability to work independently and as a team member Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills; in English
