Position Overview

The incumbent is responsible for preparing and manipulating products according to standardized recipes and tallies to meet service requirements. Preparation may include numeric calculation decasing tempering decanting portioning depositing weighing fortification and texture modification. Preparation includes safe and productive use of industrial food production equipment. Ensures safe food handling and sanitation practices and procedures are maintained during all stages of product preparation and storage. Cleans and sanitizes equipment and service areas. Participates in Quality Assurance Programs.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service.
• Satisfactory employment record required.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
