Part Time Weekend Receptionist

Westminster Toyota is looking for a Part Time Receptionist to answer the phone and greet customers.

Duties for this role include :

• Answering phones on the switchboard and directing calls
• Greeting customers in person and checking them in for their appointment
• Taking and delivering messages to the right person
• Making appointment reminder calls
• Stocking Inventory into computer
• Safely storing keys and inventory documentation
• Filing

Qualifications :

Applicants must be prompt reliable self-motivated and have a friendly phone manner. Customer service is very important.
