To put it simply, we are the middle person between the clients and the operator. Our clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, Fortune 500 companies, governments & relief agencies, and sports & entertainment organizations.

Our Account Coordinators and Sales Consultants manage the full travel and sales cycle, so all our clients have to do is fly! You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and making a special effort to ensure your client’s chartering experience is a success!

    Job Description

    A DAY IN THE LIFE

    • Uphold established procedures with our primary customer to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
    • Process flight quotation requests, including carrier searches, reservations, and file creation in internal systems.
    • Prepare and issue helicopter quotes with attention to detail and timeliness.
    • Facilitate invoicing and assist the accounting team with billing inquiries.
    • Manage email communication, document filing, covering phone, and maintaining organized data entry for operational efficiency.
    • Prepare flight departures, including scheduling time, location, and passenger lists.
    • Conduct follow-ups on flights to ensure all details are confirmed and communicated.
    • Collaborate effectively with the Account Coordinators to optimize operations.
    • Monitor and address any issues that may arise during flight operations.
    • Maintain customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Analyze emerging situations and adapt strategies to mitigate challenges

    UNE JOURNÉE DANS LA VIE

    • Respecter les procédures établies avec notre client principal pour assurer la conformité et la satisfaction.
    • Traiter les demandes de devis de vol, y compris les recherches de transporteurs, les réservations et la création de fichiers dans les systèmes internes.
    • Préparer et émettre des devis d'hélicoptères avec une attention particulière aux détails et aux délais.
    • Faciliter la facturation et aider l'équipe comptable dans les demandes de facturation.
    • Gérer la communication par courrier électronique, le classement des documents, la couverture téléphonique et le maintien d'une saisie de données organisée pour une efficacité opérationnelle.
    • Préparer les départs de vol, y compris la planification de l'heure, du lieu et des listes de passagers.
    • Effectuer des suivis sur les vols pour s'assurer que tous les détails sont confirmés et communiqués.
    • Collaborer efficacement avec les coordonnateurs de compte pour optimiser les opérations.
    • Surveiller et résoudre tout problème pouvant survenir pendant les opérations de vol.
    • Entretenir les relations avec les clients pour améliorer la satisfaction et la fidélité.
    • Analyser les situations émergentes et adapter les stratégies pour atténuer les défis
    Qualifications

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
    • Strong multi-tasking abilities and quick decision-making skills, with a knack for prioritizing and managing time effectively.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
    • Proven experience in account management or a related customer-facing role.
    • Familiarity with the airline industry or experience in chartering is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in Excel and Word.
    • A confident and resilient individual.
    • Open to travel
    • Bilingual in French and English
