Job descriptionMaking telephone calls, sending emails, scanning, photocopying and faxing Billing of accessorial / additional fees as required Receiving calls from drivers who are not delivering freight for specific reasons, logging and noting comments in pros Other administrative duties as required (which could include pulling reports) Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location. Consult order forms daily to pick the appropriate product for each order in a timely and accurate manner. Previous experience in an admin or related position as well as labor experience Clean criminal background is required Transportation or operational experience is preferred, various roles within transportation and customer service is beneficial Excellent computer skills (accuracy, MS products, Bringg, web-based programs such as TruckMate), and keyboarding skills Advanced communication skills Able to work deadlines in high transactional, fast paced environment Ability to work effectively as a team member, or individually as required Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task Must be fluent in English, other languages are an asset
We’re hiring a Dock Admin for a major transportation client, with an immediate start in Bathurst, NB area! This is a great company to join and there are many career opportunities for the right candidate. What We Offer
- $21 an hour, plus 4% vacation pay added to your rate
- Monday to Friday
- 12 : 00PM to 8 : 00PM
- Weekly pay, every Friday!
- Immediate Start
- Free WHMIS Training
