About Our Company
Welcome to Low Tide Properties. We are a Vancouver-based privately held real estate investment, development, and management company. We own and manage 42 properties in Strathcona, Gastown, Great Northern Way, Mount Pleasant and Kits.

About the Role & the Department
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist our Tenant & Community Relations Team. This team works closely with all departments, our tenants, and our communities.

Our Tenant & Community Relations Team is looking for an intern to help:

• Plan social media content, in line with the Low Tide Social Media Strategy
  • Attend social media content meetings, coordinate and attend photoshoots with our team, tenants, and in the community
  • Assist with monthly content reports.
• Support with Corporate Marketing projects. Projects include brand guideline and website
  development.
• Support the marketing of Low Tides community events in our neighbourhoods.
  • Participate in planning meetings, draft communication to tenants and community
    stakeholders.
  • Assist in running event marketing programming including branding development, public
    relations support, influencer outreach, website creation, etc.
• Creation of digital assets for internal or external purposes.
  • Use Canva to design graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
• Other responsibilities as instructed by the Tenant and Community Team
  

Salary: $24 per/hour

Education & Experience

• Currently working towards a degree/diploma, focused in business/commerce/real
  estate/marketing
• Experience in social media content an asset (Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
• Event coordination experience
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
