As a Project Manager and Estimator, you’ll be running a key chapter in our expanding company, especially our renovation and restoration business.

You will be responsible for creating estimates, preparing bids for building maintenance related projects and leading a team of professionals to successfully complete those projects.

Examples include : B. Eng, BS, BA Sc., BArch, Engineering-in-training registration or eligibility, Bachelor of Applied Design in Interior DesignBuilding Consultant / Inspector work experience3-5 years experience / education in building envelope renewal projects, through past employment as a project manager, general contractor, builder or engineering firmConstruction trades experience is an asset, either in management or hands-on trades work in areas such as : carpentry, painting, restoration, concrete work, etc.

Strong math skills and generally high precision with numbersAdvanced level proficiency with software, including MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word etc.

Must be confident with basic MS Excel functions / formulas.Proficiency in project management and / or design software, such as MS Project, ProCore, Bluebeam, Revit, etc.

A valid BC driver's license required - in order to travel to client locations throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser ValleyMust be fluent in EnglishExceptional oral and written communication skills Must reside in the Metro Vancouver area at time of application CompensationSalary and Commission : $95,000.

00-$120,000.00 in the first year.$130,000 and above is attainable in subsequent years thanks for profit sharing / commission structure.
