What you’ll do:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Approach to Work: To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude.
- Opening/Closing: To complete all opening and closing procedures as per schedules.
- Guest Service: To help ensure outstanding courteous Guest service is provided at all times.
- Policy & Procedures: To help ensure all Policies & Procedures are adhered to in accordance with Interlake Co-op Policy & Procedures manual.
- Attendance: To be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
- Merchandising: To prepare, wrap, price and stock product as required and assigned.
- Maintenance: To engage in the proper & safe use of equipment and report any breakdowns to the Bakery/Deli Manager.
- Inventory: to replenishment inventory as required in accordance with production sheets, to remove all merchandise not fit for sale and to keep proper mark-down reports.
- Administrative: To be responsible for knowing the operation and administrative requirements of the department.
- Housekeeping: To be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards for the department at all times.
- Other duties as required.
