Experience

Entry-level position with on-site training available. Additional training with specific processes available on-site.

Requirements

Proficiency in the basic Microsoft package.

Job duties

• Complete forms related to real estate files, file documents with the appropriate entities, communicate with clients as directed by lawyers, maintain and update real estate files as necessary, order tax certificates, and prepare and submit transfers.
• Additional duties include but are not limited to: answering the phone, taking and distributing messages, monitoring emails, maintaining the schedules of the attorneys, and various administrative work as needed.
