About You
Successful Project Track Record - A project leader who has successfully led multiple residential high-rise projects from start to finish in the Greater Toronto Area.
Drive - An Ambitious Project Leader who can drive teams and partners with a Construction Manager's clientele (Partners) on a high-profile project in the city of Toronto.
Collaboration -Has the ability to work with strong major project teams of direct reports, which includes high calibre PMs, Superintendents etc.
Passion for Building - Possesses a passion for building complex and large-scale mixed-use high-rise projects.
You Possess Aligned Values : Commitment, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork.
About The Job
This CM has built its business and $1 Billion Plus backlog based on attracting top talent With marquee projects valued north of $100M in value, this CM needs a builder at heart to guide their partners (clients) through complex high-rise builds that are legacy construction projects.
You will get to work with some of the best and brightest construction professionals in the city and lead a powerhouse team operationally.
In addition, the Project Director would also lend their experience to the existing strong project teams’ mentor / mentee program.
