About the RoleAre you a seasoned workplace strategist with a knack for elevating workplace functionality and aligning design with business goals?

M Moser Associates, a global leader in workplace design, is on the hunt for an experienced Workplace Consultant to join our team.

You’ll lead projects, assess workspaces, and provide insights to optimize our clients' environments. This role demands a strategic thinker who can confidently lead, present to clients, and bring forward innovative, impactful ideas.

What You’ll DoLead strategy efforts, managing client expectations, and driving decision-making to enhance workplace planning, design, wellness, and sustainability.

Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform occupancy plans and develop planning studies.Prepare concise, visually impactful briefs that translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and project teams.

Research and assess global trends in workplace behavior, leveraging insights to improve workplace functionality across physical, digital, and social environments.

Apply new tools and methodologies to measure and enhance workplace performance.Collaborate with regional teams across North America, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure consistency and high-quality results.

Who You AreExperience : 4-8+ years in a similar role within an AEC firm or comparable environment. Strong North American project experience is essential.

Education : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Strategy, or a related field. Change management certifications (CCMP, PROSCI) are a plus.

Expertise : Skilled in organizational and behavioral analysis, data-driven strategy development, and change management.Skillset : Adept in strategic planning, with the ability to lead, pitch to clients, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Personality Fit : A proactive leader who thrives in collaborative settings. Your initiative and ability to guide teams will be essential as you shape workplace strategies across regions.
