Medical Receptionist

Staffmax is helping our healthcare client hire a compassionate and organized Medical Receptionist for a 4-month contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a crucial part in maintaining a smooth, professional medical office environment.

Contract length : 4 months

Location : Mississauga, ON

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Update patient records and maintain accurate files in EMR systems
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Ensure the waiting area is tidy and welcoming
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other staff to coordinate patient care
