Tasks / Responsibilities
The IT Technician will be responsible for level 1 and 2 technical support for the company's internal employees.
MORE PRECISELY
- Support employees with difficulties and problems encountered with software and hardware
- Maintain the IT inventory and technical documentation up to date
- Create accounts, install, and configure workstations
- Ensure the availability of IT equipment (switches, routers, fiber, connections, peripherals, etc.)
- Work at the heart of an IT team of around 20 people (Technicians, Administrators, Security, etc.)
- Work in an environment on Windows, Microsoft 365, Jira, ITIL
PROFILE
1+ year of experience as an IT TechnicianProfessional experience with a ticketing system, Jira being a strong assetStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 support and administrationExperience with Azure Active Directory (asset)Knowledge of the ITIL framework (asset)Experience in IT inventory managementStrong autonomy and desire to stay on the lookout for new IT developmentsAEC, DEP, DEC in computer science or equivalentBilingualism (French required, functional English)
