Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to Aftermarket revenue and growth objectives.
Embed customer market and competitive insights into strategy development and campaign planning.
Design programs that support parts adoption service upsell customer retention and lifecycle value.
Partner closely with Sales Service Operations Parts and Digital.
Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of marketing priorities.
Translate business needs into clear marketing requirements messages and value propositions.
Lead multi-channel campaign execution: digital events content email CRM and sales enablement.
Create briefs guide creative development ensure brand alignment and oversee project delivery.
Monitor performance metrics report on results and optimize tactics based on insights and feedback.
