Retail Shift Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY : The Retail Shift Supervisor reports directly to the Retail Site Manager and is responsible for maintaining store operations, performing daily functions / tasks and provide exemplary customer service in order to achieve sales budgets and maximize profit.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum grade 12 education
• 1-3 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service
• Excellentsales, point of sale and cash balancing skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative
• Proven display and merchandising skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Team oriented

HOURS OF WORK

Part-time hours – must be flexible. Will be required to work days, evenings and weekends.
