As a leading security solutions provider in Canada, Yes Security delivers cutting-edge security services to businesses and homes. Our expertise in CCTV live monitoring, installation, and maintenance serves property managers, construction sites, warehouses, commercial properties, and retail stores.

JOB SUMMARY :

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our security solutions business. You'll build relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth through expert consultation and tailored security solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Develop and execute business growth strategies for security solutions

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Conduct site assessments and recommend security solutions

Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

REQUIREMENTS :

2+ years of experience in security or a related field (beneficial)

Strong understanding of security systems and technologies

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of meeting sales targets

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WHAT WE OFFER :

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000+ per year

Commission structure

Generous bonuses for top performers
