Prep Supervisor

This Supervisory Role pertains to Supervisory in the Designation of Prep Supervisor an A.M Shift availability is required :

You will be overseeing a team of preppers and collaborating after assessing the days needs and watching over quality and proper execution of items, delegating workload in a time savvy manner based on urgency - with Lunch and Dinner deadlines in mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
• Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals
• Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift
• Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
