Requirements :
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in cross functional teams.
- Must have financial management experience (estimation, budget tracking, forecasts, accruals, etc.)
- Proven organizational change management experience
- Experienced in delivering complex technology projects
- Advanced communication, negotiation, influencing and facilitation skills
- Commercial Off the Shelf Package (COTS) implementation experience.
- Stakeholder management / RAID management.
- Must be able to engage and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Experience in financial services.
- PMP Project Management certification
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
