Responsibilities :
- Responsible for acquisition, maintenance, and government agency paper approval of all assigned tax materials.
- Utilize proprietary tools for maintaining content with established deadlines and free of significant error.
- Identifying changes on government forms
- Creating tax form content in the software
- Updating tax forms to provincial and federal government specifications and Intuit standards within strict deadlines.
- Achieving proficiency with numerous in-house tools necessary for the completion of many tax products offered
Must Haves :
- Knowledge or experience working in an Agile / Scrum team environment.
- Markup language knowledge (HTML)
- Working knowledge of Windows platform, Microsoft Office and various databases.
- Thorough knowledge of form design tools such as Adobe Acrobat
Nice to Haves :
- Knowledge of Canadian income tax
- Basic understanding of tax filing process and tax preparation workflow
