About The Role

The Data Analyst is responsible for translating business reporting needs into trusted, decision-ready insights for project site teams, departments and executive audiences. This will be our first dedicated Data Analyst and will be a unique opportunity to create meaningful and impactful change within Axiom Builders. This role partners closely with the Data Engineer to ensure data is accurate, well-defined, and usable through curated datasets, standardized metrics, and high-quality Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and scorecards for project / site, departmental, and executive audiences.
• Apply best practices in visualization, measure design, performance, and report governance.
• Develop and maintain a KPI / data dictionary and report documentation (definitions, refresh cadence, intended use, and limitations).
• Support a “single source of truth” approach by aligning stakeholders on definitions and interpretation of metrics.
• Validate data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness) for key dashboards and critical reporting outputs.
• Investigate anomalies and reconcile results across systems.
• Promote data literacy by explaining metrics in plain language and documenting “how to” usage for key reports.
