Implementation Specialist – ERP, Systems & Integrations

Overview

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Implementation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology, ERP, and integration projects across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing system adoption, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes, and driving successful project outcomes.

A key responsibility is managing systems and data integrations between our organization and our parent company, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data flows. The role also supports the maintenance and execution of the Integration Playbook, which covers process alignment, gap analysis, and initiative tracking.

Experience with SAP S / 4 HANA implementation is a strong asset, and knowledge of SAP Business ByDesign is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical expertise and project management skills, bridging business requirements with technology solutions.

Responsibilities

ERP & System Implementation

• Lead or support ERP implementation projects from planning to post–go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Configure and test ERP modules, integrations, and workflows to align with business processes.
• Plan, execute, and validate data migration activities in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Conduct gap analyses on SAP S / 4 HANA and ByDesign to identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities.

This position is offered in a hybrid model : three (3) days per week at the Vaudreuil office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and two (2) days working remotely (Monday and Friday).

This position may require occasional travel.
