Instructor Manager

Overview

At LearnFormula, we are passionate about helping regulated professionals continue their education and grow their careers by offering continuing education through online video courses, primarily podcasts / webinars.

We are currently seeking a motivated and engaging Instructor Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with online content creators to deliver webinars or develop courses, while supporting them throughout the entire content creation process from onboarding to final product.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be connecting with content creators and work with them to create and / or facilitate the creation of content and manage the production process.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Experience in education, account management, project management, or sales
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in working with professionals from diverse backgrounds
• A professional, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach

Salary

Salary : $50,000-70,000 per year depending on experience and proven success.
