Our Enterprise Client is looking for a Senior Collaboration Solutions Manager to develop and deliver a roadmap of relevant processes and tools, including Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Permanent, in office, Richmond, BC.

Must have :

  • 7+ years of experience implementing modern collaboration technologies, such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Deep understanding of information architecture and content management
  • Experience with developing comprehensive Request for Proposals (RFPs) for consulting engagements and managing the collaboration RFP process
  • Experience with defining an Audit Program to evaluate information security
  • Experience with hands-on configurations, troubleshooting and providing support
  • Experience with End-user training
  • Undergraduate degree in information systems, technology, or a related discipline.

Nice-to-have :

  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power platform
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Education or training in finance or accounting
