Our client is seeking an Industrial Energy Solutions Advisor to join their team. As an Industrial Energy Solutions Advisor, you will be part of the Energy Conservation DSM Industrial Team supporting a diverse portfolio of agricultural and greenhouse customers across Ontario. The ideal candidate will have strong customer relationship skills, the ability to analyze facility operations, and the confidence to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders—aligning successfully in a results-driven environment.

Pay Rate: $54/hr
What's the Job?
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and become their preferred energy efficiency advisor.
- Analyze facility operations to identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve performance.
- Develop technical analyses and energy savings calculations to support project business cases and investment decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage multiple customer projects and priorities while delivering against annual program targets.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for membership with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, continuous improvement, technical consulting, or a related industrial environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record; access to a vehicle or rentals when needed (Driver’s Abstract required).
