Key Responsibilities :
- Identifying talent and generating leads via online, social media, and database searches
- Screening potential candidates through phone and video calls
- Presenting the top talent to clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
- Writing attractive and eye-catching job advertisements
- Posting jobs across various advertising platforms, including our website
- Proofreading resumes and other candidate submission documents
- Performing data entry in the CRM system
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, with experience working in a staffing agency in a sourcing role preferredComputer savvy with sound searching, social media, and MS Office skillsPost-secondary education in a business-related stream preferredCRM experience is an assetA self-starter who takes initiative and is sales-mindedExcellent time management and organizational skillsProfessional written and oral communication skills in English (French bilingual is an asset)Thrives on working as part of a teamWe value diversity and encourage candidates who are Indigenous, Visible Minorities, People with Disabilities, and any others who reflect our diverse workforce to apply.
