Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will also be considered.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in estimating, project controls, construction, procurement, or a related EPC/EPCM environment.
  • Knowledge of capital cost estimating methodologies, estimate classifications, and industrial construction practices.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents, and perform accurate quantity takeoffs.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using estimating software, databases, and cost management tools.
