We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as the primary human resources expert for a growing manufacturing and sales organization in North America. As the HR Manager (part-time, 20-30 hours per week), you will collaborate closely with executive leadership to deliver both strategic HR planning and hands-on operational support across office and production facilities.

Salary Range: $83,000 - $93,000 (annualized for 20-30 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute practical people strategies for commercial and production teams.
Oversee employee relations, workplace health and safety, and return-to-work programs at the manufacturing site.
Drive full-cycle recruitment initiatives for hourly shift workers and salaried corporate roles.
Manage employee immigration processes, local mobility, payroll operations, and overall HR compliance.
Qualifications
6 to 10 years of advancing HR experience, with a CHRL designation highly preferred.
Proven background supporting both corporate office teams and manufacturing floor employees.
Direct, hands-on experience managing immigration streams (such as LMIA, OINP, and work permits).
Strong understanding of Ontario employment and health and safety legislation.
