  • Guide multidisciplinary teams across structural, geotechnical, environmental, mechanical, and electrical disciplines to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
  • Champion innovative and practical approaches to solving complex engineering challenges while maintaining quality, safety, and project objectives.
  • Support construction activities through technical reviews, site visits, contractor coordination, and field services.
  • Mentor and develop engineers, designers, and technical professionals through technical leadership and quality reviews.
  • Drive successful project outcomes by supporting scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resource planning activities.
  • Strengthen client relationships and contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic growth opportunities within the conveyance practice.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation and registration with Professional Engineers Ontario.
  • 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
  • Strong expertise in the planning, design, and delivery of watermains, pipelines, trunk sewers, forcemains, pump stations, and related conveyance infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and delivering complex infrastructure programs.
  • Proven ability to prepare and review design reports, contract drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
