Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of radio broadcasting? Harvard Media is seeking a full-time Traffic Coordinator to join our vibrant team.

This essential administrative role is the heartbeat of our commercial operations. As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for entering sales contracts, building commercial logs, and managing accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, thrive under pressure, and maintain a positive, organized approach.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Reconciliation of previous days commercial logs
  • Assist sales teams where needed
  • Build and send logs to Automation
  • Liaise with the Creative Department
  • Accounts Receivable responsibilities including but not limited to entering of payments, pulling of statements and financial reports
  • Liaise with Accounting and Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and month end reporting
  • Liaise with sales managers to ensure proper commercial inventory utilization
  • Training of SDS users
  • Any other duties as required by Traffic Manager

Essential Knowledge and Skills :

  • Previous traffic experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
  • Traffic software knowledge is an asset but not essential
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software is required
  • Prior accounts receivable experience an asset but not required

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to calmly work in a deadline driven environment with a full, busy workload

Standard Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday 8 : 30am 5 : 00pm
