Job description
A reputable structural steel business in Mississauga has two distinct openings for a full-time Welder or Fitter-Welder. Paying $26.00 to $34.00 per hour depending on experience, these contract-to-permanent roles offer competitive 80/20 shared benefits, paid vacation, and predictable day hours. You will manufacture custom fabrications, read technical drawings, and access clear internal advancement pathways toward supervisory positions within a supportive team setting.

- Work 40 standard weekly hours with overtime paid at 1.5 times your rate.
Qualifications
- Hold active 1G and 2G Flux Core tickets issued by the CWB.
- Require 2 years of experience for a Welder or 5 years for a Fitter-Welder.
- Interpret custom engineering blueprints and technical structural drawings.
- Operate MIG and Flux Core machinery in a production shop environment.
