Job description
Join Kinaxis as Team Lead for Application Lifecycle Management and oversee robust software practices in a hybrid work environment. Leverage your expertise in risk management and software compliance to drive organizational success. As a fully proficient Team Lead, you will manage the ALM team and engage closely with senior leaders to execute strategic software management processes. This position emphasizes team development and collaboration with various business units to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your ability to navigate complex situations will be essential in mitigating compliance risks. Key Responsibilities: • Guide and develop IT Application Analysts within your team • Collaborate with stakeholders on software management effectiveness • Mitigate risks related to licensing and compliance matters • Establish business processes for application management best practices • Manage software contracts and renewal processes effectively Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience • 5+ years in application lifecycle management or business analysis • Previous experience in a leadership role • Critical thinking and excellent communication skills • Familiarity with ticketing systems and SaaS management platforms Enhance your leadership and analytical skills in a rewarding role at Kinaxis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
