Required Skills:
Responsibilities: Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards; Check products and packaging for basic quality defects verify accuracy and completeness of data; Performing various in-line quality control checks; Take samples of products at various stages of processing; Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards; Perform data entry and record keeping. Regular filing and document management; Provide assistance in testing and analysis of packaged food products; Check and monitor product quality; Daily review of production records quality records and training records for accuracy; Operating the laboratory equipment and performing regular maintenance as required; Conduct routine tests for product specifications Grade and label raw materials or finished products; Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.
Required Education:
RequirementsBachelors degree or College Diploma in nutrition food science quality assurance and control or a related in food/natural health products/pharmaceuticals is an proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel OutlookMotivated positive attitude and an attention to detail necessary.
