Reach Truck and Forklift Operator

We are launching a high-performance operation, and we need skilled equipment operators who take pride in setting the standard for safety, speed, and precision. Your Impact (Responsibilities)
Orchestrate the setup, organization, and preparation of our brand-new facility to ensure peak operational efficiency.

Drive and maneuver forklifts safely to load, unload, stack, and store inventory.

Maintain a spotless, organized work zone while collaborating with teammates to hit daily production goals.

Choose your shift:

Days: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM $21.60/hr

Afternoons: Sunday to Thursday 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM $22.60/hr

Who You Are (Requirements)
Certified Expert: You hold valid licenses and bring 1+ years of experience operating Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkies.

Experienced: You have 1–2 years of general warehouse or logistics experience under your belt.

Mobile: You own a reliable vehicle for your daily commute.

Dependable: You bring a safety-first mindset and a proven track record of excellent attendance.

Responsibilities
Safely operate a Reach Truck, walkie and dock stocker to move home improvement products throughout the warehouse.
Perform precise put-away and retrieval of pallets in narrow-aisle, high-racking systems.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and make sure all product counts are 100% accurate.
Transport goods from the receiving dock to their proper storage locations efficiently.
Perform quick, daily safety inspections on your Reach Truck before your shift starts.



Qualifications
Valid Reach Truck/Dock stocker/ Walkie Forklift license
At least 1 to 2 years of solid experience driving a Reach Truck/Walkie/dock stocker in a busy warehouse environment.
Must own and wear CSA-approved steel-toed boots.
Comfortable working 8-hour shifts and maintaining focus during high-rack maneuvers.
Ready to commit to a steady, long-term role.
