This position requires the ability to work biweekly rotating day/evening shifts. Availability to work overtime is an asset.
Physical Demands:
This role requires continuous standing with occasional walking and sitting. You must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (60-100 lbs.) and perform a variety of physical activities including pushing pulling climbing crouching kneeling and bending. Repetitive and awkward body positioning is also required. Vision requirements include close distance and peripheral vision as well as depth perception and the ability to focus.
Work Environment:
Youll be exposed to noise vibration fumes and heat in a steel fabrication facility. This role involves working near moving equipment and requires strict adherence to safety protocols and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This is a safety-sensitive position where your actions directly impact your own well-being and that of your team.
