Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan events and travel
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and / or minutes as requested
• Assemble outflow of packages to clients, follow up on signatures and pick‑up
• Access client information and status updates from CRA Rep or by calling CRA directly
• Scan, print, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
• Send and receive messages and documents using mail, courier, digital‑signing software, fax machine, or electronic mail
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents
• Respond to telephone, in‑person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
• Accurately complete any data entry or information updates as assigned
• Provide back‑up reception desk coverage, including greeting people, directing visitors, answering and forwarding telephone calls, taking messages, and performing other administrative duties
• Perform other related duties as assigned
