1. Formation
• Détenir une AEC, un DEC, un certificat universitaire ou un diplôme de 1er cycle en informatique ou discipline
équivalente.
• Diplôme hors Canada : fournir l'évaluation comparative du MIFI.
• Une copie du diplôme DOIT être jointe à la soumission.
2. Langue de travail
• Excellente maîtrise du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.
3. Expérience en développement (SGBD relationnel)
Expérience à titre d'analyste fonctionnel en entretien, évolution et développement de systèmes d'information,
incluant obligatoirement :
• Développement backend : .NET C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, Devart, SharePoint Online
• Développement frontend : Angular 14+, RxJs, Bootstrap
• Services API Web REST
• Outils de développement : VS Code, Visual Studio; outils de tests : NUnit, MSTest, Cucumber (Gherkin)
• Gestion de code source : Azure DevOps (GIT), GitHub, SVN
• Environnements de bases de données : Oracle (PL/SQL), PostgreSQL
• Systèmes d'authentification : OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC)
4. Migration Azure
• Expérience dans la migration d'actifs informationnels dans Azure.
5. Leadership
• Aptitudes pour agir à titre de leader d'équipe ou responsable de livraison de projets.
