## What You’ll Actually Earn
**Realistic Income Progression:**
- **First 30 days:** $500–$1,500/week (learning curve, building rhythm)
- **Days 30–90:** $1,500–$3,000/week (hitting stride, refining pitch)
- **After 90 days:** Top performers earn $3,000–$8,000/week consistently
**Commission Structure:**
- $500–$800 per **qualified appointment (closed)
- Daily and weekly Bonuses
- Bi -weekly payouts via direct deposit

## What You’ll Do Daily
1. **Knock doors** in assigned territories (residential neighborhoods, 3–6 hours/day)
1. **Start conversations** using our proven scripts (not memorized—conversational)
1. **Qualify homeowners** (roof condition, power bills, decision-maker present)
1. **Book appointments** for our in-home consultants (you set, they close)
1. **Track activity** in our CRM (doors knocked, conversations, bookings)
**Your only job is setting quality appointments.** You don’t do the technical consultation or close the sale—that’s handled by our team.
