The opportunity :

• Located in our downtown Vancouver Regional office, this position reports directly to the Vice President, British Columbia Region Leader, Commercial Mortgages and is part of the Canadian Commercial Mortgages team.
• If you have experience in commercial mortgage administration and loan servicing along with experience in reviewing mortgage or real estate legal documents, we are looking for you to join our team!

The Expected Base Pay Range : $45,000 – $65,000. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. BGO values the contribution of our employees and our compensation structure may vary based on the geographical location of successful candidates, as well as their experience, skills or qualifications. In addition to base pay, eligible BGO employees participate in various incentive compensation plans, based on individual and business performance as well as a broad range of competitive benefits.
