The person occupying the position of Director of Sports is responsible for the management and development of all sports activities in order to ensure the efficiency and profitability of services as well as customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Customer service and operations

• Oversee the operation of the golf shop and backroom (product purchases / sales, inventory management, equipment rental, practice range, bag storage, locker management, etc.).
• In collaboration with senior management, plan staffing needs and recruit the necessary personnel.
• Manage employee schedules to optimize the use of facilities and customer satisfaction.
• In collaboration with senior management, evaluate the skill level and performance of staff under your responsibility, provide them with feedback, training, and encouragement necessary for the performance of their duties.
• Ensure harmony within your team and manage conflicts.
• Ensure the safety of employees and users.
• Greet members and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Meet regularly with customers, inquire about their level of satisfaction with activities, and propose procedures to ensure their overall satisfaction, implement them, and follow up on them once approved.
• Represent the brand image of Club Sports Belvédère.
