Job description
Drive human resources excellence at BEST - For a Cleaner World in the Regional HR Manager role. This position supports employee engagement, recruitment, and labour relations in Coquitlam, BC.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you'll align HR programs with BEST's values, ensuring effective strategies for employee relations and compliance with legal standards. Your leadership will help promote a rewarding work culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Guide HR training and development throughout the company • Manage recruitment processes to fill open positions promptly • Facilitate communication between management and union groups • Oversee compliance with labour laws and internal policies • Conduct analysis on employee feedback and survey data

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR major preferred • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience • Strong understanding of BC, AB, ON employment laws • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • CPHR qualification preferred
