Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.

We're looking for a detail-driven and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at Moosehead. This is an onsite role based in our Saint John brewery office . In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, build intuitive dashboards, and deliver impactful analyses.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements from stakeholders to understand business objectives, metrics, and decision-making needs
• Gather requirements and translate business questions into clear reporting and analyses
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Execute data analysis to surface trends, drivers, and actionable insights to inform decisions
• Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights
• Present analyses and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Communicate progress, key results, and potential risks to stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Research and prototype new analytical techniques, tools, and data visualization approaches
• Execute exploratory and diagnostic analyses to uncover patterns, correlations, and root causes
• Manage data integrity through continuous quality checks and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas, best practices, and new tools / techniques
