Position/Title:

Techno Functional Consultant - ETRM will be part of Professional services team, and this role should have strong implementation experience with sufficient technical expertise, rather than being purely technical. The role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of technical implementation and customer engagement.

This hire should be strong enough technically to challenge and collaborate with product and engineering teams and comfortable engaging with customers independently and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Ready-to-Serve and development support. Design, develop (code), test, and debug applications
• Troubleshoot, and present custom solutions to all potential customer problems.
• Analyze applications for compliance with security protocols.
• Research defects and solves for root cause in applications. Research upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
• Enhance current systems and achieve better integration across a business.
• Responding to queries as and when they arise from the client’s side. Ensure timely resolution and deliver the solution on time.
• Provide customer feedback in a timely manner to Product department to ensure future product development is aligned with clients’ needs.
• Manage projects, acting as technical advisor to clients.
• Support the development of cross-functional business processes; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via technology enablement.
• Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies to the Solutions Architecture team.
• Support cloud and managed service provider partners in creating a cohesive solution across multiple organizations.
• Provide field level guidance and feedback to multiple internal organizations (Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, QA) on industry trends, product features and enhancements
• Collaborate with leaders of all cross functions to incorporate the right stories, process flows, customer pains, and data in the industry demo image
• Adhere to prevailing Quoreka’s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties.

Experience & Skillsets

Must Haves

• >8 years of experience in implementation with 2+ years solutioning experience
• Must have customer experience with techno-functional expertise
• Strong end-to-end implementation experience with exposure in deployment, configuration and debugging software.
• Ability to understand business context and technical architecture simultaneously.
• Should have experience with client interactions and exposure to implementation deployments
• Hands-on coding or technical background earlier in their career
• Proficiency in large n-tier Java/J2EE applications, Spring Boot and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery.
• Experience and knowledge of open-source software, frameworks, and broader cutting-edge technologies around server-side development in Java
• Experience with any of the front-end frameworks: Ext JS, React.js, Angular.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge and application of design patterns
• Strong in data structures and algorithms concepts
• Experience in ERP integration frameworks, including SAP BAPIs/IDocs, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and Microsoft Dynamics integration frameworks.
• Experience with reporting & BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
• Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in minimal direction

Good to Have

• Knowledge of TRM/CTRM domain concepts such as trade lifecycle, risk, logistics, settlements, and commodity product flows.
• Exposure to financial integrations, pricing engines, market data providers, risk analytics, and scheduling systems.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab version control.
• Understanding of cloud services (preferably AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
